| Housing Monitoring Report to Committee August 2008 These files present information gathered by the Planning Service for the purposes of monitoring the Shetland Local Plan and undertaking the Housing Zone Review. They display information on all planning applications that were received in community council areas during the period July 2007 - June 2008. These documents present information by Community Council area of which Housing Zone planning applications for new dwellinghouses were in and how they were determined. Details of house completions by Community Council area since 1994 are presented as graphs. The topics covered are; Population Change, House Completions, The Economy, Natural and Built Environment, factors relating to Peripherality, Transport, Water and Drainage and Energy, Resources and Waste. |
