Ferries - Online Multi-Journey Tickets


You can now purchase your Multi-Journey Tickets from the Council’s secure ‘Online Payments’ web site.
Quick, Convenient and Posted To Your Door.

To buy your Multi-Journey Tickets, click this link: www.shetland.gov.uk/payments

Then click on this link to access the online payments.

 

How do I buy my tickets? Here is a step by step guide for you to follow:

 

  • Choose the Miscellaneous Income from the list.

 

  • Click on Miscellaneous Income option (this is an image, please use the like above)
  • Select ‘Service’ - Ferry Services

 

  • Select Services - Choose Ferry Services
  • Select ‘Item’ - Select the Multi-Journey Ticket you wish topurchase for the route you normally use

 

  • Select Item - Choose your Ferry Route.
  • Note: ‘Account Name’ is Your Name
  • To purchase more than one item click - ‘To add another item or go back’
  • An automatic email is sent to confirm purchase. Multi- Journey Tickets are dispatched within two working days.
  • All Major Cards Accepted
  • There is no surcharge when paying by Debit/Credit card
