Laggan Tormore Contractors Outline Supply Chain Opportunities for Local Businesses
Petrofac, the lead contractor on the development of the Shetland Gas Plant for Total E&P’s Laggan Tormore project, will give a presentation next week on the supply chain opportunities available to local businesses interested in working on the development. The event will take place at Shetland Museum & Archives - Auditorium, Hay's Dock, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0WP on Wednesday 19 January from 2pm.
Malthus AS, Morrison Construction and ESS, as main sub-contractors to Petrofac for the completion of the accommodation camp, civil engineering works and facilities management respectively, will also provide details of opportunities available with them.
Each company will provide an overview of their contracting requirements and further details on how to get involved. Where appropriate, there will be opportunities to speak to the companies on a one-to-one basis on Thursday 20 January (details of which will be provided at the presentation on Wednesday 19 January).
