Capital Programme Service

The Capital Programme Service in the Executive Services Department has the remit of managing the delivery of Shetland Islands Council Capital Programme and Projects including the responsibility and accountability for capital budgets. Unit staff will establish and lead project teams, will develop and implement best practice procurement and project management guidelines in the field of project management in line with the procurement policies of the Council.
