The Council Information System (CoInS) provides you with access to information relating to Councillors and the corporate management of the Council, as well as information about Community Councils and Justices of the Peace.

CoInS also provides access to lists of Council meetings, agendas, reports and minutes. If you wish to see a list of recent meetings, select “All Committee Meetings”. You can then select the date of the meeting you are interested in, and this will bring up an agenda, with links to minutes, reports and appendices.

If you wish to see a list of meetings for a particular committee, select “Committees, Sub-Committees and Forums”, and then select the relevant Committee.

All documents are viewed in pdf format. For this, you will need Adobe Acrobat to be installed on your computer . However, some reports and appendices cannot be viewed. This is due either to their exempt or confidential nature in terms of local government legislation, or they are in a format that cannot be put into CoInS. If you have any queries, contact the relevant Committee Officer.
