- Level 2 "Coaching Youth Footballers " Coaching Award

Venue: Clickimin South pitches, Lerwick
SFA Community Coach, Gavin Levey, will be in Shetland on the above date to lead a "Coaching Youth Footballers ” course.
This 12-hour course is designed to assist coaches with the planning, preparation, organisation and evaluation of their coaching sessions. It focuses on coaching style and the use of differentiation, i.e. provision of practices to suit the wide range of abilities in players between the ages of 12 and 18 years.

Participants must be aged 16 or over and must have completed an SFA Level One “Development Activities ” certificate course. The course has a large practical element and all participants should bring outdoor football kit, a packed lunch and writing materials. Attendance at all twelve hours of the course (ie both days) is necessary to complete the award.
The full course fee will be £45.00 per person. A discounted rate of £21 is available for anyone who is a member of a Quality Mark registered club. For more details on the SFA Quality Mark scheme, please click here
