Youth Coaching Course
Clickimin Leisure Centre, Lerwick
Thursday 8th April 2010 - 10am - 5pm
Friday 9th April - 10am - 4pm
This course is a great opportunity for any interested teenagers between the ages of 15 and 18 to get into rugby coaching, with a two day course that combines basic coaching and refereeing skills
What does the Youth Coaching Course consist of?
Day 1: Classroom modules on the Role of the Coach; Planning for Coaching Sessions; Playing it Safe (ie Health & Safety) and the Professional Touch together with lots of Coaching practical experience.
Day 2: Foundation Coaching course (including RugbyReady course and refereeing)
Post Course: Candidates will return for 2 hrs of SUPPORTED coaching practical at a suitable later date.

This course is free of charge and all travel costs will be reimbursed
