Community Planning in Action
Community Planning in Shetland is not new: we have a strong cultural identity and community, where agencies, communities and individuals have worked together over the years for the good of Shetland. The difference now, is that this way of working has a name and is now required, in law, by the Scottish Executive.
Shetland has many good examples of people working together to help communities and groups of people find solutions to meet their needs. Here are a few of them.
