To provide leadership and facilitation to Community Planning in Shetland, through: Genuine engagement with communities; Effective partnership working; and A Local Framework for linking and delivering national and local priorities and actively performance manage work on-going in their name
To set the strategic vision and direction for Shetland for the next 15-20 years and identify and seek reallocation of resources necessary to achieve the agreed outcomes To look after the interests of Shetland, promote Shetland, promote change and promote good practice To act as a method of communication in relation to the above issues. |
