This Toolkit is designed as a reference and learning source for those planning and carrying out activities to engage with the public in planning, delivering and evaluating services across Shetland. It will provide you with information to guide you through the whole process of engaging with people in the planning and delivery of your service. The guidelines provide a number of useful links to other resources/organisations that will help you to plan, implement and follow up your activity.
