Corporate Planning
Corporate Planning is the way of formulating, implementing and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable the Council to achieve its Corporate aims and objectives. It is the process of specifying the Councils objectives and the development and the implentation of policies and plans to achieve these objectives. It is the highest level of managerial activity, inclusive of member development.
