Resolving Disagreements
Staff in Shetland schools are dedicated to working in the best way possible with parents, in the interests of their children, and will make every effort to resolve disagreements at school level.
However, should you feel that your school is unable to addressany concerns you have, you may wish to involve the local Quality Improvement Officer who will try toresolve the situation. Your complaint will be logged.
