Schools Complaints Procedure
A copy of the Schools Service Complaints Procedure has being developed and a copy can be accessed here. the Shetland Islands Council also has a Corporate Complaints Procedure which can be accessed here.
Please direct your complaints to the Head Teacher of your child's school in the first instance. The contact details for the schools can be found here. If you are still dissatisfied, please contact the Schools Service at Hayfield House and ask to speak to the appropriate Quality Improvement Officer for your Child's School.
