Election of Councillors
- Polling will take place between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. on 1 May 2003 for the election of a councillor for each of the under-mentioned electoral wards, there remaining in each case more than one validly nominated candidate.

- The local government elections will be combined with elections to the Scottish Parliament.
