Food Allergy and Intolerance Week  25 – 29 January 2010

1 in 3 of the UK population are affected by allergies at some point in their lives.
To help promote local awareness of Food Allergy and Intolerance, the Food Safety team have sent out information packs to catering premises in Shetland.
