EU Services Directive

New EU laws come into effect on the 28th December 2009 which allows users in EU countires to apply online for licences and permits for certain activities. This page details the infromation and application process, required to be published online, for these activities.
Details of fees and charges can be obtained in writing or by telephone from the Council departments listed at http://www.shetland.gov.uk/council/departments.asp and will be provided to any applicant for any permission or licence.
