You can now see if your ferry service is running to timetable or experiencing any kind of delay or canellation.

Free Service Status SMS Text Message and Email Subscription
You can now subscribe to free SMS Text Message and Emails by completeing the online form, to be found at this Link

Simply complete your details, enter your mobile number and email address and tick the routes you wish to receive information on. You will also need to enter a username and password, this will allow you to make changes in future.

When completing the Subscription Form, please ensure that you enter the following data: |

| Username - Must be between 8 and 20 Characters |
| Password - Must be between 6 and 15 Characters |
| If you wish SMS Service, you must tick the "SMS Service" box and enter your mobile number |
| If you wish Email Service, you must tick the "Email Service" box and enter your email |
| You must also select at least one Service Route |
Subscription Changes
From time to time, you may change your mobile phone number or email address, or you may wish to add or remove routes. In order to do this you will need to access your account and amend details as required. The Link to your account is:
Account Access
The text message format is 160 character maximum and is broken in to seven sections:
Section 1 The message is from Ferries
Section 2 The route the message is about
Section 3 What is happening on the route
Section 4 The voicebank phone number for the route
Section 5 A do not reply message
Section 6 The time the message was sent - 24 hour clock (we can't guarantee when you get the message, but you'll know when it was sent)
Section 7 The date it was sent (by day of month and month of year)
