New Tenants

We are required by law to gather information anonymously on ethnicity, gender and disability.

Here are some facts taken from the 124 completed equal opportunities forms received from new tenants from July 2010 - March 2011.

The definitions used are currently under review and may be revised in the future.

60.5% (75) new tenants were of White Scottish origin.

29% (36) new tenants were of White Other British origin.

Just under 5% of new tenants did not response or indicated they did not want to answer.

Just over 5.5% of new tenants are ethnicities other than White Scottish or White Other British. As numbers are low and potentially disclosive, the other ethnicities are summarised below without numbers for each:
