If you are at risk of homelessness, you can find out more information here and you can arrange an appointment to see the Duty Housing Officer between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Assistance is also available out of office hours.

Tenancy Management team

• Housing applications;
• Allocations and turnover of vacant houses;
• Management of SIC tenancies – ensuring tenancy conditions are uphelp, permissions for lodgers, sublets, successions, mutual exchanges and dealing with tenancy issues such as antisocial behaviour.
