Other types of licensing are dealt with by various sections of the Council, with Environmental Health dealing with Second Hand Dealers, Public Entertainment, Street Traders and Late Hours Catering licensing under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and Transport dealing with Taxi and Private Hire Car licensing under the same Act.
