Interest free loans to insulate your home from Energy Saving Trust
Interest free loans of between £500 and £10,000 are available from the Energy Saving Trust to homeowners in Shetland to help insulate their homes.
The money can be used for; cavity wall or solid wall insulation and/or loft insulation, replacing old, inefficient boilers or installing renewable energy systems, such as wind turbines, solar photovoltaic, solar water and space heating, heat pumps (ground air and water sources), small hydro and wood fuelled boiler systems.
There is a limited pot of money so Shetland homeowners need to get in quick if they want access to it.
