Shetland's Gender Equality Annual Report
The Shetland Island Council, in partnership with Shetland College, Shetland Licensing Board, Shetland School Service and ZetTrans have produced their first Gender Annual report.
There is a statutory duty on every public body to produce a Gender Equality Scheme and subsequently each year report on progress made.
Shetland’s Gender Equality Scheme was published in June 2007. Therefore this report summarises how far each agency has come to achieving their Gender Equality objectives, which are laid out in Shetland’s Gender Equality Scheme.
