Action-packed summer holiday activities
Get ready for an action-packed summer holiday. Bookings are open for over 200 activities, events and excursions happening across the length and breadth of the islands in July and August.
With something on almost every day of the summer holidays, and something for all ages, the Council’s Sport and Leisure department are keen that as many young people as possible take part.
There are plenty of new activities to try this year, including golf, mountain biking and rugby as well as the popular week long dance camps, netball and dinghy sailing.
There are also activities at the Museum and Archives and Library as well as events throughout the Shetland Nature Festival from 2-10 July.
