We are continuously striving to provide you, our customers, with quality services at a cost effective price. Part of this requires us to be aware of how we are performing against what we said we would do. And to let you know, so that you are more informed and can get more involved in what we are trying to achieve.

The SIC Public Performance Calendar contains lots of infomation on how the council perfomed in 2010/11. All the photographs were submitted by council staff and this year, for the first time, the top 12 images were selected by a vote on the staff forum.
