A Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use or Development is a determination of the Lawfulness of a proposed use or operations.

A Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development is a determination of the Lawfulness of any existing use of land or building, or any operations carried out, or any failure to comply with a planning condition


Maps

You will need to submit a location plan with any application. Maps can be purchased from the Council's Mapping and Technical team.

Fees
