National Data & Research
As part of the Shetland Islands Council's continued efforts to improve sharing of information within the council and between the SIC and partner organisations, a number of officers have been assigned to provide support when accessing the following national data and research sources (see table below).
Role of lead officer is to:
- assist in the use of national systems and be aware of current analysis at a local level;
- be responsible for keeping up-to-dat information in their area, including statistics, consultation and national research; and
- assist others in their data requirements.
