Before reporting a missed bin collection have you:

- checked for any delays
- presented your bin at 0730 on your collection day to ensure it isnt missed
- put your bin out on the correct collection day
- Put out the correct bin
- Ensured your bin is not tied with a rope or strap
- checked your bin has not been tagged
- Please only report a missed bin after 4pm on your collection day
