Early Entry into Primary 1
Early Admission to Primary 1
If your child was born between 1 March 2019 and 29 February 2020, they are eligible to start primary 1 in August 2024. In some cases you may wish your child to start primary 1 early. Applications may be considered if appropriate to the needs of the child. If you are considering this, you should speak to staff in your child's Early Learning and Childcare setting, or relevant school in the first instance.
