Council Tax Application for Disablement Relief

 

If a house has been substantially adapted for the needs of a disabled person, the Council Tax bill may be set at the next band lower in value than that shown in the Valuation List. This reduction is also available for houses in Band A.

Please note that being in receipt of Disability Benefit is not a qualifying condition.
