Commissioning Strategy

In February 2009, at a meeting of Shetland Islands Council’s Services Committee, a Commissioning Strategy was approved. This Strategy document sets out information in relation to the Council’s procurement policy and commissioning procedures where services are commissioned from the voluntary sector and other organisations.
