To report a fraud, contact Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud reporting centre, which is run by the National Fraud Authority.
Older and more vulnerable residents are particularly at risk from the high-pressure sales tactics used by some unscrupulous doorstep sellers.
The message remains the same - say NO to uninvited sales people.

Join the campaign by displaying the sticker in your door or window.
If you don't have a campaign pack, contact us and we'll send one out to you.
Don't be pressurised into buying things you neither want nor need from people who turn up uninvited on your doorstep.
To report uninvited salespeople call the Lerwick Police Station on 01595 692110 or Trading Standards on 01595 744887. In an emergency please dial 999.
