Q - If you change your mind and want to return something you've bought online, how long do you have to do this?
A - Seven working days after the item is delivered.
Q - Do you have a legal right to a replacement or refund if you've received a gift which is faulty?
A - No - it's the person who bought the item who must take it back to the shop.
If you find goods displayed without a price indication, or discover that you're charged more than the marked price, tell the shopkeeper (so that they know to correct the problem) and tell us so that we can target our efforts most effectively.
We carry out checks and take action where it is needed, and by working together we can ensure that Shetland is a marketplace where traders compete on a level playing field and customers can make informed decisions about what they buy.
