2011 TAXI TARIFF AND TAXI RULE CONSULTATION
Shetland Islands Council is inviting comments from taxi and private hire car operators, drivers, passengers or other interested party with regard to proposed new taxi tariffs and rules for the operations of vehicles and conduct of drivers.
Links are provided below for the proposed taxi tariffs and rules. Comments and suggestions are sought in order to ensure that the correct balance is struck between fostering a sustainable and economic environment for operators and customer service and public safety. Please note that we would welcome any comment on which the proposed rules are silent.

The closing date for the consultation is 12:00 on Wednesday 30th November 2011.
