Within the Youth Service there are nine Youth Development Areas, which encompass various youth clubs, groups and activities that cater to the needs of young people in that area.

Activities
- Runs First Gear and On Two Wheels driving projects annually
- Organises residential weekends for members to participate in outdoor activities and camping
- overnight excursion onboard the training sailing ship The Swan with team-building exercises
- Encourages members to participate in the Dynamic Youth and Youth Achievement Awards
- Various projects run through the year according to the member's needs
