Home Link is a service available to parents, children and young people who are identified as requiring support, often beyond what the school can offer. The support can be for a variety of reasons e.g.:
- Poor school attendance;
- Social, emotional and behavioural issues;
- Supporting alternative arrangements within a flexible curriculum.
Home Link is a point of contact for families who choose to educate their children at home and also for children who require education at home due to ill health.
