James Sinclair launched his new book of poetry, ‘Sheeksin’ at the Library on Friday 25 June 2021. He was joined by singer/songwriter Donald Anderson and dialect writer Barbara Fraser.
The event was enjoyed by a small invited audience and streamed on Facebook Live.

James's first full length dialect poetry collection Yarnin was published through Bluemull books in 2017. His play Da Sam Rodd Wir Ancestors Drave was broadcast by BBC Radio Shetland in 2018. You can access more of his work on his public Facebook page James Sinclair Poetry.
