Local Pharmacies – many of the local pharmacies in Shetland have access to catalogues for Assistive Equipment that you can order from over the counter, please contact your local pharmacy to discuss.
Red Cross – if you would like a wheelchair for short term use, please contact the Red Cross for access to their Wheelchair Temporary Loan Scheme: 01595 695498
Community Nursing – if you would like the use of a commode these are provided by Community Nursing. Please contact your local health centre to request.
