Sustainable Model of Adult Social Care for Shetland

Help shape the future of adult social care in Shetland

Shetland Islands Council and the Health and Social Care Partnership are asking people to share their experiences and views on adult social care services in Shetland.

This survey is the first step in a wider review looking at how services can continue to meet the needs of Shetland’s communities in the future.

We want to hear from:

  • people who currently use adult social care services
  • people who have used services in the past
  • carers, family members and friends
  • anyone who may need support in future
  • local community, voluntary and partner organisations

Adult social care services include things like care homes, supported living, day services and support for carers.

This survey is about listening and learning. It will not affect your current care or support.

The aim is to better understand people’s experiences, what works well, and where improvements could be made to help inform future planning.

The survey is open until Friday 3 July.
