Translation and Interpreting Support

Translation and interpreting support is available for anyone who would like Shetland Islands Council information in another language.

We use Language Line, which provides audio and video interpreting in over 240 languages, including British Sign Language. This service is available 24/7 and can be used across all Council services.

Please contact the Council service you wish to use and let us know how you prefer to communicate. We will arrange this for you.
