Commissioned by Shetland Islands Council, the Shetland Skills Survey gathers information on skills, training and recruitment issues for local employers, and identifies key areas where local training provision needs developed, strengthened or supported. The results help inform skills policy, planning and provision.
To date, there have been two skills surveys undertaken, in 2017 and 2024.
