Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 (the Act) requires all licensing authorities such as the Shetland Islands Area Licensing Board (the Board) to publish every three years a statement of licensing policy (the policy). This statement fulfils that statutory requirement for the Board, and is the fourth threeyear statement to be published by the Board.
