Parental Employability Support Fund
Are you a working or unemployed parent?
The Parental Employability Support Fund provides support to parents on low incomes who are looking for a job or who are currently in work and looking to progress.
We will help you to:
- identify and work towards an employment goal
- learn new skills to enhance your employment prospects
- understand how to maximise your income and your benefits
- search for jobs and prepare for interviews
- link with employers looking for your skills and experience
- increase your income from employment
Who we can help:
- lone parents
- families with 3 or more children
- families where the youngest child is under 1 year
- families with a disabled parent or child
- families where the parents are under 25 years
- families from minority ethnic communities.
