The Heat and Energy Efficient Scotland: Area-Based Scheme (HEES: ABS), funded through the Scottish Government, offers energy efficiency and home insulation improvements to Shetland homes (private and private rented) that are in fuel poverty. It aims to help reduce fuel bills making homes more affordable to heat.
As Managing Agent for HEES: ABS in Shetland, Warmworks will oversee the end-to-end delivery process on behalf of Shetland Islands Council, and will work with accredited, qualified local sub-contractors within its supply chain.
