Important information for Ferry Account Card holders and those with Multi Journey Tickets.
Ferry Account Cards
Credits against invoices will only be given on production of a receipt therefore when using your Account Card you must check your receipt at time of travel to ensure you have been charged correctly
Please ensure you take your receipt from the Deckhand and check it and if there is an error they can rectify it at that point.
Please note your receipt will give the full fare price as your discount is applied at point of invoicing.
Multi Journey Tickets
With effect from 1st August 2022 Multi Journey Tickets will no longer be accepted for full or partial invoice payment.
Anyone who still has Multi Journey Tickets can use them on the ferries to pay for their travel. Just present them to the Deckhand as payment as you did pre-Covid.
Tickets sent as payment with invoices after 1st August 2022 will be returned to be used on the ferries.
