The ORION Clean Energy Project website has just been launched, providing a comprehensive online resource for information about the work being undertaken in this far-reaching and innovative venture.
ORION – ‘Opportunity for Renewable Integration with Offshore Networks’ – is a strategic framework connecting organisations who share a common ambition - to transform the area around Shetland into a centre for secure and affordable clean energy.
The website has been developed by Shetland company NB Communications and Shetland Islands Council over the past few months, and includes information and content from all the strategic partners involved in the project. The website will be continually updated as a point of reference for the evolving nature of ORION and its ambitions. The website can be found at www.orioncleanenergy.co.uk
