The new section of road at Sandwater linking the A970 and the B9075 to Kergord will open for public use from the morning of Monday 14th October.
A section of road on the existing B9075 road at Sandwater will be closed to traffic to allow the installation of power distribution cables, although access will be maintained for land management and livestock welfare purposes.
There will be some minor works to complete along the new road over the next few weeks. Drivers are asked to watch their speed and be aware of any signs and traffic controls that may be in place to safeguard the workforce.
