Scord Quarry is fully operational
Junction Widening, Mayfield, Sand
The Mayfield junction is not to specification meaning larger vehicles are constantly over running the verges trying to manoeuvrer in and out of the junction. Works to widen the junction began on Wednesday 11th February and are expected to be completed on Friday 27th February. Any queries regarding these works please contact Grant Anderson (744171)
A971, Huxter
Works to clear road side ditches began on Monday 2nd February and are expected to take 2 weeks to complete. Traffic lights will be in operation throughout the working day. Works have started but delayed with Winter Maintenance duties. It is hoped that works will still be finished on Friday 13th February. Works have been delayed due to Winter Maintenance duties.
