Who can access support?

The Employability Pathway offers person-centred support to Shetland residents aged 15+ up to retirement. 

What we offer

Through your self-determination and working with our service, you can gain skills, confidence and access support to help achieve your employment goals.

We can support you to apply for jobs, access education, training and volunteering. Plus, we can help you to change or progress in your current career.

Support is flexible, tailored and at your pace. We work with other services including health, justice, housing and advice services ensuring you can get the right support at the right time.

The Employability Pathway provides a wide range of optional activities and group work such as outdoor days, gym groups, online quizzes and working at our polytunnel. Activities change regularly and we make sure we tailor these to our participant's interests.
