Tell us what you think – SIC Customer Survey 2022

Shetland Islands Council has just launched an online survey looking for feedback on customers’ experience of SIC services.  It will run till Friday 17th June.

The survey, which is available online is looking for the community’s views on topics such as how satisfied you are with the customer service you receive, how well you think we listen to your views and learn from feedback, and how well you think we communicate with you.  The survey is quite short, entirely anonymous, and shouldn’t take long to complete.

This is the second time the Council has run this survey, and we’ll use the feedback we get to gauge how much we’ve improved since 2017, and help us continue to make positive changes to the way we work.  The last survey was very useful, with around 500 responses helping us create our Customer First Strategy and Charter, which you can find here.

Chief Executive Maggie Sandison:  “The best way to find out how well we are doing is to ask the people who use our services.  It’s important that we know what we’re doing right and where we could do better, and chart our improvement against past performance.  I hope that everyone will take the opportunity to get involved.”
