Chloe Kerr, Quality Improvement Officer – Early Learning and Childcare, said: “As well as our established early learning and childcare settings, we are keen to increase the number of childminders across Shetland. Childminding is a unique form of provision and offers a valuable business opportunity. Access to flexible childcare can help parents and carers in many ways, including reducing barriers to employment. I would encourage anyone who may be interested to register for one of next week’s SCMA sessions to learn more and consider this option."
